How else would you describe support that gets a customer satisfaction rating of 98 percent?  The Aberdeen Group states that companies whose customers give them a 92 percent satisfaction rating represent the top 20 percent of all companies, dubbing them Best in Class.  We're very proud of being considered Best in Class, but that hasn't stopped us from improving our customer ratings every year for 11 straight years.  It's our strength, and we know it.

Ratings and customer comments aside, problem resolution times are what it's all about. As seen in the graph above, 92% of all calls, regardless of complexity, are completely resolved within 8 hours.  Even 90% of potentially complicated networking issues are resolved in 8 hours or less.
