Fulton County was already running strong on VIP, but they saw an opportunity to do more (with less manual work). So, they decided to add:

With VIP Analytics, they’re gaining flexible, visual reporting across all departments (because scrolling through rows in Excel just doesn’t spark joy). They’ll be able to build dashboards, spot trends faster, and share data that makes sense at a glance. And can help them with important decision-making.

With Personnel Budgeting, they can budget for wages and benefits by pay code and by employee. They can also customize entry screens and reports for their specific needs. And, Fulton can display data by fund, department, or General Ledger account number.

Employee Portal is a game changer for Fulton County. Employees will be able to log in to view pay history, update personal info, and track time-off balances. All without calling HR. (We just heard the sigh of relief.)

Fulton County is getting deeper insights, better planning tools, and fewer late nights wrestling with data.

City of South Euclid, OH

South Euclid’s finance team wanted a way to track their assets more efficiently and with fewer headaches. So, they added VIP Asset Management to their suite of products. 

Instead of juggling spreadsheets or hunting down paper records every time they need an update, they’ll now track assets inside the same system they already use for accounting.

Which means:

  • Clearer depreciation schedules

  • Easier audits

  • Real-time visibility into assets by department, category, or funding source

Edmonson County Water District, KY

Edmonson County Water District selected VIP Utility Billing on VIP Cloud to modernize their billing operations and better serve their community. With the move to VIP Cloud, they gain secure, remote access and automatic software updates. Through the VIP Web Portal, customers will be able to manage their accounts online with email/text notifications, easy web payments, and user-friendly bill presentation. Behind the scenes, Edmonson staff benefit from a centralized dashboard with:

  • Account inquiry

  • Smart billing tools that flag high/low usage

  • Automated deposit tracking

VIP delivers the tools Edmonson needed to simplify operations, improve transparency, and stay ahead of demand. It’s a big step forward for their utility operations, giving their team more flexibility and less downtime.
